Cancellation Policy
Forever Abby Grace LLC Payment & Booking Policy Including Late Cancellation & No-Show Policies To confirm your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. This card will not be charged when you book but is securely stored as a reservation guarantee. Payments are made in person at the time of service, because prices are variable depending on the service, type, and tier of jewelry selected. ​Your credit card will only be charged a booking fee under these circumstances: -  Late Cancellation ($20 fee): If you cancel your appointment less than one (1) hour before your scheduled time. -  No-Show ($20 fee): If you do not arrive within our grace period for your appointment. This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule, reduce wait times, and ensure we can dedicate our full attention to each client. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving others and impact our ability to provide excellent service. We offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you anticipate being late, please call or text us immediately at (205)222-8070. Depending on the delay, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting our next client. If we can't accommodate a delay beyond the 15-minute grace period, it will be considered a no-show, and the $20 fee will apply. Life Happens! We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to cancel or expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. Giving us more than one hour's notice for a cancellation allows us to offer your time slot to another client, and you won't incur any charges.
